Jersey's is located on Headon Road south of Upper Middle in Burlington.
Wizened Old Men is a 6 Piece Rock and Roll Band based in Burlington, Ontario. We play Rock and Roll, good old Rock and Roll. It could be said that we are a Tribute Band in that we present a TRIBUTE to GOOD OLD ROCK N ROLL. In our SEVENTH year together, most of our performances are repeat appearances, simply becausePeople Love Rock and Roll
in particular, the way we perform it. While our typical set list contains 50 songs, every one of them is performed with enthusiasm and true to the originals. All of which we put into one terrific show for our customers. Take a few minutes to browse through the website and listen to some of our live "off the floor" recordings. We change these whenever we have something new so come back often. Tell YOUR favourite watering hole that you'd like to see Wizened Old Men perform there.

What's in a name? Wizened Old Men?
About 12 years ago, when we had an idea to get together and play some good old Rock and Roll, we never dreamed of anything more than just that, certainly not a REAL BAND! In a "tongue in cheek" fashion the name was put forward. I do not consider us to be "Wizened" nor "Old", much in the same way, Bare Naked Ladies are neither "Naked" nor "Women"! We are however MEN!.....MANLY MEN at that!
Incidentally, The pronunciation includes the "ZED" (Canadian pronunciation), much the way you say "Harry Potter is a WIZARD", It's WIZENED not WISENED! ...........................................................................Wizened Old Men is a 6 piece, Rock and Roll Band. We perform Classic Rock and Roll from 60's, 70s and 80s. You will remember it all. Beatles, Creedence, Stones, Elvis, Jay and the Americans, Dave Clark Five, Searchers, Beach Boys, Eagles and much, much more. On a typical night we will perform close to 50 of the finest Rock and Roll tunes ever written. To keep it fresh we are constantly fine tuning our set lists and adding new material like Huey Lewis and John Cougar Mellencamp, Kenny Logins.
We are available for your parties, clubs, nite spots, corporate events or fundraisers. We are finding ourselves quite busy with repeat performances at many venues. We are available for your Parties, Club events, Nite spots, Corporate functions, Weddings, etc. We've played at Churches, Trailer Parks, Bars, Restaurants, Legion Halls, Parks, on Flat Bed Trailers, Pool Decks, Backyards, Garages and Portable Stages. You'd be surprised where you can fit a 6 piece band. You will also be surprised how affordable it is to have us perform.
